In late November 2023, Jaeger-LeCoultre opened a new boutique in the heart of Munich. Set in a prime location at Maximilianstraße 24, the boutique spans two floors, welcoming guests to explore the brand. I had the opportunity to attend the opening cocktail, explore the boutique, and discover the offerings it provides. Below is my report.
The boutique is situated in the “Riemerschmid-Block,” a remarkable 19th-century building designed by architect Georg Friedrich Christian Bürklein and now listed under special protection as an historic monument. The design of the boutique creatively blends tradition and modernity, reflecting the essence of La Grande Maison in a warm and inviting setting. The use of organic materials and natural colors aims to capture the tranquility and beauty of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s home in the Vallée de Joux.

Now that you have an idea of how the boutique looks, let’s proceed with my personal pictures capturing the interior details, watches, and some other random shots taken during the opening cocktail.
While strolling through the boutique, you’ll undoubtedly spot some Atmos table clocks scattered around. They’re really cool.
During Watches & Wonders 2023, Jaeger-LeCoultre unveiled this very cool Reverso Tribute Chronograph. I’ve previously covered this watch, and you can find the details here.
For sure, the highlight of the evening was the Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Duoface Tourbillon, a flying tourbillon with the Duoface complication.
If you ever wondered what is on the wrist of Jaeger-LeCoultre CEO Catherine Rénier, here is the answer: she wears a Reverso with a burgundy dial, featuring a personal engraving on the backside.
Capturing fine watches on the wrists of the guests and interesting objects that are placed around the boutique.
Few more shots of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Duoface Tourbillon, from both sides. Two dials present two different aesthetics, with a second time zone and a day-night indicator on the reverse dial.
I really like this Jaeger-LeCoultre Polaris Chronograph with a warm grey dial that was introduced this summer.
The new Jaeger-LeCoultre boutique is located at Maximilianstraße 24, 80539 München and is opened to guests Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm and on Saturdays from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm. More details on www.jaeger-lecoultre.com
