Patek Philippe has expanded its Calatrava Pilot line with the introduction of a new chronograph model, the Calatrava Pilot Travel Time Chronograph 5924G. Details, live pictures and prices below.

Patek Philippe introduced the first chronograph model in its Pilot style watch line, combined with a Travel Time function and a date indication by hand coupled with local time. The watch is available in white gold, has a 42mm diameter, height is 13.05mm, and water resistance is up to 30 metres. It comes in two versions: one with a sunburst blue-gray dial and the other with a lacquered khaki green dial.

The dial features Arabic numerals, and a 60-minute counter at 6 o’clock, a date window at 12 o’clock, local and home time indication, day/night indication for local time and home time in apertures. It’s a lot of information, but the dial is well-balanced and easy to read. The hands and hour markers are coated with Super-LumiNova for improved visibility in low light conditions.

This new watch is powered by the Patek Philippe Caliber CH 28-520 C FUS, which is visible through the sapphire crystal caseback. The movement features a fly-back chronograph with a column wheel design, a travel time dual time function, and the date indicated by a hand, coupled with local time. The movement has a power reserve of up to 55 hours.
