The new Seamaster Diver 300M departs from the familiar ceramic design of recent years, drawing inspiration instead from the Seamaster Diver 300M 007 Edition, which was worn in the James Bond film, No Time To Die. Most notably, it features the same domed sapphire crystal, adding a vintage touch, paired with a green aluminum dial and the signature mesh bracelet style seen on the Bond watch.

The case, crafted from Grade 2 Titanium, measures 42 mm in diameter and is paired with a brushed mesh bracelet. Both the case and bracelet feature a brushed finish, giving the watch a subtle, muted grey tone. Thanks to the titanium, the watch is lightweight on the wrist, though you can sense the presence of some heavier metal components.

Omega’s exclusive Bronze Gold is used for the bezel, crown, helium escape valve, and the PVD bronze-gold coating on the hands. This unique alloy is designed to develop a natural patina over time without turning green from oxidation. In addition to its enduring soft pink hue, it is nickel-free, ensuring hypoallergenic properties, and iron-free, enhancing magnetic resistance.

The combination of these two materials is further enhanced by the use of green aluminum. This includes the dial, with blackened indexes filled with vintage Super-LumiNova, and the oxalic anodized aluminium bezel ring, with its diving scale also in vintage Super-LumiNova. The red accents add a striking touch to the overall aesthetic.

While it’s a two-tone watch, it delivers a completely different vibe. Normally, I’m not a fan of two-tone designs at all, but this watch is surprisingly appealing and unique—probably due to the use of two alternative metals.

Inside the watch, and visible through the caseback’s sapphire crystal, is the automatic Calibre 8806 with a Co-Axial escapement, offering a power reserve of 55 hours and resistance to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. It is a Certified Master Chronometer, approved by METAS.

The new Omega Seamaster Diver 300M is available with a mesh bracelet or an integrated green rubber strap with a foldover clasp. The price is €11,700.
